1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, visiting, or using FlightMate and our services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this website and our services.

FlightMate ("we," "us," "our," or "Company") provides a subscription-based curated flight deals newsletter service that delivers personalized flight deal alerts to subscribers via email.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

FlightMate is a subscription-based email newsletter service that delivers curated flight deal alerts to subscribers. Our service includes:

• FlightMate (Free): Economy class deals, M-F (when available), 1 city
• FlightMate Pro Monthly ($5.99/month): Economy + Premium Economy + Business Class deals, daily notifications, flash deals & priority access
• FlightMate Pro Annual ($49/year): All Pro features plus priority customer support (24-hour response time)

Important: All plans (Free, Monthly, and Annual) feature ONE (1) city per email. We do not offer unlimited cities per email on any plan tier.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

3.1 Subscription Plans (Monthly and Annual)

• Payment is processed through Stripe, our secure payment processor
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month
• Annual subscriptions renew automatically after 12 months from the start date
• You will be charged at the beginning of each billing period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
• All prices are in US Dollars (USD)

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive service until that date. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods.

3.4 Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you're not satisfied within the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. Refunds beyond the 30-day window are granted at our sole discretion.

4. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

4.1 Deal Availability

Flight deals are provided by airlines and third-party booking platforms. FlightMate does not guarantee:

• That any specific deal will still be available when you attempt to book
• That prices shown in our emails will match current prices on booking platforms
• That you will be able to successfully complete a booking for any advertised deal
• A specific number or frequency of deals for any city or destination

4.2 Booking Responsibility

FlightMate is an informational service only. We do not:

• Sell, book, or process flight reservations
• Act as a travel agency or booking platform
• Have control over airline pricing, availability, or policies
• Accept liability for booking errors, cancellations, or travel disruptions

All bookings are made directly with airlines or third-party booking platforms. You are responsible for reading and understanding all terms, conditions, and restrictions before booking.

4.3 No Affiliate Links

FlightMate does not use affiliate links or receive compensation from airlines or booking platforms. Our only revenue is from subscriber subscriptions. All deal links are provided for informational purposes.

4.4 Service Availability

We strive to provide consistent service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That emails will be delivered to your inbox (delivery depends on your email provider)
• A minimum number of deals per email or time period
• Coverage of any specific city, route, or destination at any given time

5. Acceptable Use

As a subscriber, you agree not to:

• Share your subscription access with others
• Resell, redistribute, or republish our content without written permission
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our service
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer our service
• Provide false information during registration
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content provided through FlightMate, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and email templates, is the property of FlightMate and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

7. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. We collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using FlightMate, you consent to:

• Collection of your email address and selected city preferences
• Sending you flight deal emails according to your subscription tier
• Occasional service updates or important account notifications

We will never sell your personal information to third parties. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlightMate and its operators shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Lost profits, revenue, or data
• Inability to book advertised deals
• Price increases or deal expirations
• Travel disruptions, cancellations, or airline issues
• Issues with third-party booking platforms or airlines

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

FlightMate is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of flight deal information
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FlightMate, its operators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of FlightMate shall be resolved in the courts of the United States.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of FlightMate after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. For material changes, we will notify subscribers via email.
